摘　　要：本文在分析我国水产养殖业现状及对天然渔业资源不利影响的基础上,提出必须全面贯彻落实科学发展观、树立自然资源具有价值的理念,在加大科技开发力度、合理确定养殖结构、制定完善的养殖规划、严格引进种的科学管理、加强养殖水域生态环境保护和增殖放流等方面的对策,从而实现水产养殖业的可持续发展。This paper analyzes Chinese actuality in aquaculture, and their disadvantageous effects to the natural fishery resources. Based on the above,we suggest we must carry out the theory of scientific development entirely and erect the concept of the natural resources having value. To take steps in enhancing in ：science and technology, confirming the suitable structure of aquaculture, establishing the good program of aquaculture, strict controlling to the indraught of breed, reinforcing the ecological environmental protection, strengthening multiplication and discharge and so on. Then we will achieve the sustainable development in our aquaculture to a Certain.
