摘　　要：混凝土顶管作为一种在施工中受力特殊的管材，其内力分布不同一般的埋管，这就造成了顶管在设计、制作等方面不同于普通管材。本文结合工程实例详细介绍了混凝土顶管制作工艺，其中包括模具结构、止水钢环制作安装以及施工工艺流程。As pipe-jacking is a special stress of concrete pipe of jacking construction, the stresses on a pipe are different of those on the others, which result in some special aspects for design procedure and manufacturing technology. Some key points, such as mould structure and manufacturing procedure of seepage-proof steel loop, relating to the construction techniques of concrete pipe-jacking are discussed in detail by an example in combination with a practical engineering in this paper.
