摘　　要：数字信息咨询服务是网络环境下出现的一种全新的信息咨询服务,分析我国数字信息咨询服务的研究现状,并对数字信息咨询技术标准和服务规范,从对传统咨询服务到数字信息服务的关系、数字咨询的市场管理等方面存在的问题提出了相应的建议。Digital reference service is a kind of brand-new reference service appearing under network environment. This paper has analyzed the current situation of digital information advisory service in China, undertaken academic study on the theory and practice of digital information consultation service, and put forward corresponding suggestions on the technical standard and service standards, the relation between traditional consultant service and digital information service, the market management of digital consultant service.
