摘　　要：为提高企业的情报竞争力,为振兴东北老工业基地,在企业情报意识普遍相对薄弱的情况下,加强企业的竞争情报教育显得尤为重要。本文就东北老工业基地的现状加以分析,对加强企业竞争情报教育提出建议,并对高校图书馆参与竞争情报服务的优势与方式进行探讨。It is important to improve the education of competitive intelligence of enterprises based on weak situation about consciousness competitive intelligence of enterprises for the sake of advancing the competitive intelligence of enterprises and developing vigorously the old industrial area in Northeast China. This paper has analyzed the actual situation of the old industrial area in Northeast China, put forward suggestions in the education of competitive intelligence and also discussed the advantages and means for university libraries to participate in providing services of competitive intelligence for the enterprises.
