摘　　要：随着国家层面农业信息机构的改革深入,以及各地事业单位体制改革的实质性启动,省级农业科研信息机构同样也面临着机遇与挑战。本文在分析全国省级农业信息机构现状的基础上,探讨了国际大都市上海发展信息产业的背景,研究并提出了解决省级农业信息机构可持续发展的对策建议。Along with the deepening of agricultural information institutions at the national level and the initiation of the implementation of reform in institutions in various part of China, the Provincial agricultural scientific research information institutions are also faced with opportunities and challenges. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the provincial agricultural information institutions in china, this paper has discussed the background of developing information industry in large cities like Shanghai, and studied and put forward suggestions for a sustainable development of provincial agricultural information institutions.
