梳棉机棉网清洁器风量对生条质量的影响

摘　　要：采用3种不同条件下的试验方案对生条质量进行了测试，用AFIS单纤维测试系统测试了不同风量条件下生条的短绒、棉结和杂质等质量指标。结果表明，后罩板处棉网清洁器风量太小和太大对生条质量均是不利的，在试验条件下，棉网清洁器的风量在180～240m^3／h时对生条质量的提高比较有利。Some quality specifications of card slivers are tested under three conditions. The short fibers, neps and trash in card sliver are checked by AFIS single fiber test system under different wind＇s flow conditions. The result shows that either too large or too small wind＇s flow at back plate is unfavorable to card sliver quality, and a wind＇s flow about 180- 240 m^3/h is advantageous under such conditions.
