摘 要:提高摩擦纺纺制低线密度纱的成纱强力,是研究摩擦纺的一个重要课题。利用摩擦纺纺低线密度纱时,对分梳速度、尘笼速度和输出速度做了大量试验与分析。结果表明,纺纱线密度不同,应采用不同的分梳速度,纺低线密度纱时宜比纺中等线密度纱大些。在纤维输送状态一定的情况下,要合理确定摩擦比,以便获得最佳成纱强力值。在提高摩擦纺纱线强力方面,为确定分梳速度、尘笼速度和输出速度提供了依据。It is an important task to improve the strength of yam, especially of the fine yam, in friction spinning research. A great deal of experiments and analysis have been conducted in respect to the carding speed, drum speed and output speed of fine yam spinning by friction spinning system. The experiments show that different carding speed should be used according to different fineness of yams, and the speed should be higher for finer yams. In order to acquire optimal strength of the yarn, friction ratio should be determined rationally when fiber output is constant. This paper has provided a basis for improving the strength of yam of friction spinning in determining carding, drum and output speeds.
