摘　　要：世创-索罗工业炉公司有包括底装料立式多用炉,精密渗碳、渗氮井式炉,精密网带炉和精密实验室炉等先进技术。本文重点介绍了底装料立式多用炉的结构特点和优越性、高质量渗碳和保护热处理应用、薄层渗碳和碳氮共渗应用、减少热处理畸变代替盐炉等方面应用;介绍了精密渗氮井式炉的结构特点和优越性,以及性能测试和试验结果,展示了SOLO工业炉技术先进性。The advanced technologies of SOLO-STRONG industry furnace include： automatic bell-type furnace, precision carburizing and atmosphere controlled nidtriding furnace, mesh-belt furnace and laboratory furnace etc. This article major describes SOLO-STRONG bell-type furnace characteristic in structure and its applications in high quality carburizing, heat treatment under protective atmosphere, sheet earburizing and carbonitriding, decreasing distortion to instead of salt bath furnace, etc. Meanwhile, it also introduces SOLO atmosphere controlled nitriding furnace in structure characteristic and its advantages, declare some test running results and performance.
