摘　　要：介绍了用于热处理行业中淬火介质和高中频设备冷却以及热处理炉余热回收的高效节能节水空气冷却器的基本构造和性能。其能够大幅度降低热处理过程中的能耗,很值得在国内同行业中推广。The basic construction and performance of a high effective air cooler for saving energy and water are briefly introduced in this paper. The air cooler is used for cooling of quenching medium, medial--high frequency furnace and waste heat recovery. This type of equipment can greatly reduce the energy consumption in heat treating processes. It is worth to spread in heat treatment.
