摘  要:目的探讨干扰素不同途径给药预防尖锐湿疣复发的临床效果。方法将265例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为3组:治疗Ⅰ组为微波治疗后予局部外用干扰素凝胶;治疗Ⅱ组为微波治疗后予皮损内注射干扰素;对照组为单纯应用微波治疗。随访6个月,观察比较其复发率。结果治疗Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和对照组的复发率分别为9.09%、7.61%和34.12%。治疗Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的复发率均与对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),而治疗组两组间的复发率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论微波治疗后予干扰素能降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,而局部外用干扰素凝胶简单、有效,是目前预防尖锐湿疣复发较理想的药物。Objective To study the efficacy of interferon(IFN) used in different ways to prevent the recurrence of Condylomata Acuminata (CA). Methods 265 patients with CA were randomly divided into three groups: Treatment group Ⅰ was treated with topical IFN and microwave;treatment group Ⅱ was treated with local injection of IFN and mi crowave;control group was treated with microwave. Results The recurrent rates in the treatment groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ and the control group were 9.09 %, 7.61% and 34.12 % respectively. There were significant difference in the recurrent rate between the two treatment groups and the control group( P 〈 0.001 ). There was no significant difference in the recurrent rate between two the treatment groups(P 〉0.05).Conclusion The use of IFN could reduce the recurrent rate of CA after microwave therapy. IFN cream is effective and simple in the treatment of CA, and so it is recommended as an ideal drug for the prevention of recurrence of Condylomata Aeuminata.
