摘　　要：指出加强对外资银行在我国的发展策略研究,并采取相应的对策,对我国商业银行立于不败之地,具有十分重要的意义。只有顺应国际银行业的发展趋势,理性分析其策略,认清自身的不足和差距,强化自身素质,提高资产质量,才能在与外资银行的竞争中获胜。Points out that it is significant for Chinese banks to analyze the developmental strategy of foreign banks and adopt the countermeasures. To win against overseas-funded banks in competition, Chinese commercial banks have to comply with the development trend of international banking, analyze its strategy reasonably, have a clear view of their own deficiency and disparity, consolidate and expand domestic and international market share constantly, strengthen their own quality and improve the quality of assets.
