摘  要:采用乙腈提取,ENVI-18固相萃取,丙酮洗脱,C18高效液相色谱分离柱,甲醇-水(体积比85:15)流动相,紫外检测波长275nm,建立了同时测定蔬菜中甲基对硫磷和对硫磷残留量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱法。结果表明:测定甲基对硫磷和对硫磷农药残留量的线性范围为0.05~5.00mg/L,相关系数0.9998~0.9999,检出限0.025~0.031mg/L,加标回收率81.60-93.60%,相对标准偏差5.3%~2.9%。Residues of two organophosphorus pesticides, nearly parathion-methyl and parathion, in vegetables were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with an off-line solid phase extraction (SPE) ENVI-18 SPE columns. Acetone was used to elute the pesticides from the SPE columns, Chromatographic separation was performed in ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 4. 6mm × 150 mm, 5 um with an eluent consisting of methanol - water with the volume ratio of 85 : 15 . The eluent was detected with UV detector at 275 nm. Results obtained with the recoveries greater than 80%, the entire analytic time less than 2 h, and the detection limit between 0. 025 mg/L and 0. 031 mg/L were ideal. The method can be used to determine the parathion-methyl and parathion in vegetables quickly and accurately.
