摘　　要：本文探讨圆孢子虫感染者免疫功能的变化。对卵囊阳性患者,用生物素-链霉亲和素(BSA)法检测外周血T细胞亚群、膜白细胞介素-2受体(mIL-2R);用ELISA检测可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)和血清特异性抗体IgG、IgM。结果显示上述指标与卵囊阴性者相比较,差异均有显著性。In Cyclospora cayetanensis oocyst-positiv patients, T cell subsets in peripheral mononuclear cell and membrane interleukin-2 receptor （mIL-2R） were detected with the method of biotin-streptavidin（BSA） and soluble interleukin-2 receptor （sIL-2R） as well as special IgG, IgM in serum was detected by ELISA. Results showed that there is a significant difference between the infected and uninfected individuals.
