摘 要:采用流式细胞检测技术对31例急性心肌梗塞患者发病后各期外周血B细胞、T细胞及其亚群进行连续定量检测,并分析检测数据与临床病程的关系。结果提示:1.急性心肌梗塞可造成患者机体免疫应答的明显变化。发病第1周及第2周时患者细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均出现严重的抑制及损害。2.急性心肌梗塞后机体免疫功能的明显变化与心肌细胞坏死后细胞内物质释放有关。3.研究急性心肌梗塞患者免疫功能改变有助于对患者周身病理生理变化做出全面评价。In this study ,B cells,T cells and their subsets in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were continuously, and quantitatively assayed by flow cytometry method in different periods after an attack. The correlation between data of investigation and clinical course was analyzed. The results suggested that: 1. Acute myocardial infarction may lead to marked changes of immunological response of patients with this disease. The function of cellular and humoral immunity can be severly inhibited and damaged within the first week after onset. 2. The alterations of immunity in patients with AMI may be correlated with the release of intracellular materials due to necrosis of myocardial cells. 3. Recognition of the immunplogical alterations may be useful to completely and systematically evaluate pathophysiological abnormalities of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
