86例糖尿病患者中潜时体感诱发电位的研究

摘  要:应用刺激人体正中神经所诱发的中潜时体感诱发电位(ML-SEP)对86例糖尿病患者进行临床研究。结果显示,67.4%的糖尿病患者有ML-SEP异常,表现为波形缺失、波潜伏期延长及波幅不对称。这表明ML-SEP可以准确地判断糖尿病患者的神经病变和脑功能障碍程度,可以作为早期诊断糖尿病性神经病变的一个敏感、实用的指标。The research had been made by means of middle latency somatosensory evoked potentials (ML-SEP) following the median nerve stimulation in 86 patients with diabetes mellitus. ML-SEP was abnormal in 67. 4% of the subjects,the main abnormalities were the disappearance of middle components, the delay of peak latencies and the asymmetrical diminution of amplitude. These results suggested that ML-SEP could judge accurately the neuropathy or function condition of brain in patients with diabetes mellitus,which may be a sensitive and clinically useful indicator of early diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy.
