摘 要:目的探讨缺血再灌注对幼年兔股骨头损伤的影响。方法采用新西兰幼年兔作为研究对象,兔龄1个月,体重约1kg,雌雄不限。将36只兔根据缺血及不同再灌注时间将其分为12组,每组3只。在部分阻断股骨头血供6h、12h、18h、24h后,分别恢复血供0h、24h、168h,取兔双股骨头标本进行形态学检查。结果单纯缺血6h,股骨头软骨、骨骺骨、股骨头骨髓、股骨头骺板软骨细胞均变性不明显;缺血6h再灌注24h后,细胞核发生固缩,缺血24h再灌注168h,细胞发生核碎裂及部分核溶解。结论缺血再灌注可引起幼年兔股骨头的损伤,并随缺血及再灌注时间的延长,细胞损伤逐渐加重。Objective To investigate the injury of the femoral heads of juvenile rabbits after ischemia and reperfusion. Methods Thirty-six juvenile rabbits with average of 1 kg in weight and 1 month in age were randomly divided into 12 groups. The blood supply of the femoral heads was partly occluded for 6, 12, 18 and 24 hours, and then the reperfusion was performed for 0, 24, and 168 hours. The femoral heads were collected and analyzed by pathologist. Results Pathological study showed that there was almost no change of cells' architecture in group with 6 hours ischemia without reperfusion. The pyknosis of cells, however, could be observed in all groups with 24 hours reperfusion. And the karyolysis of cells could be noted in group with 24 hours iscbemia and 168 hours reperfusion. Conclusions Ischemia and reperfusion can result in damage of the femoral heads of juvenile rabbits, and this injury might be aggravated with longer time of ischemia and reperfusion
