摘　　要：目的:探讨影响肝动脉造影DSA成像质量的因数。材料与方法:采用西门子数字减影血管造影机(ANGIOSTARPlus DSA),通过285例肝脏动脉造影的摄像全过程,比较并分析成像质量。结果:285例病例均能达到临床诊疗要求,图像清晰、无伪影、完整显示血管及细小病变。结论:影响肝动脉造影DSA成像质量的技术因数,主要包括造影程序、方法、剂量、速率、窗口技术、噪声、术前准备、移动性伪影、技术人员的内在因数等。Purpose： To investigate factors influencing imaging quality of DSA in hepatic artery angiography. Materials and Methods： 285 cases hepatic artery angiography were studied by SIEMENs digital subtraction angiography system （ANGIOSTAR Plus） to show the total period, the imagng quality was compared and analyzed. Results： Blood vessel and small focus in all 285 cases were displayed by DSA. Conclusion： The teclnical factors influencing imaging quality include mainly process and method of hepatic artery angiography, doses and speed of contrast, window technique, noise, preparation of angiography, motion artifacts and technian.
