摘  要:目的:探讨计算机X线摄影系统(CR系统)在乳腺X线检查中的应用价值.材料与方法:对60例乳腺检查患者,用同一台乳腺钼靶X线摄影机,分别作普通钼靶乳腺摄影和使用IP()影并经CR系统处理.记录两组照片的满意率、废片率、阳性率和投照剂量.结果:普通钼靶摄影30人:照片满意率72.3%,废片率26.7%,阳性率73 8%,投照剂量为35~40KV,80~125mas.数字化摄影组30人:照片满意率100%,废片率0%,阳性率84.6%,投照剂量为25~29KV,16~25mas.结论:在原有乳腺钼靶X线摄影基础上,使用CR系统进行数字化处理,可以明显提高乳腺平片质量,诊断阳性率,而且可以大幅度降低患者的辐射剂量.Purpose: To explore the diagnostic value of CR in the breast by radiography. Materials and Methods: Sixty patients with breast disease underwent same X- ray computer on mammography. Some patients use mammography, another use IP plate to take phote by CR treatment, record the rate of satisfaction, the rate of wasting film, postitive rate and projection dose. Results: Thirty patients underwent mammography, the rate of satisfaction (72.3%), the rate of wasting film (26.7%), positive rate (73.8%), projection dose (35 ~40kv. 80~125mas) with the fihn, another patients with digital radiography, the rate of satisfaction (100%), the rate of wasting film (0%), positive rate (84.6%), projection dose (25 ~ 29kv. 16 ~ 25mas) with the film. Conclusion: Use CR to manage the film with mammography for improving the quality of breast fil,n and positive rate of diagnose, reduce the projection dose.
