摘 要:在固定床微型反应器中,探讨了甲醇对噻吩在La-HZSM-5(硅铝物质的量比为25)分子筛催化剂上的催化脱硫转化反应规律的影响。结果表明,合适的反应条件为:反应温度为623K,氧化镧质量分数为1.0%的La-HZSM-5分子筛催化剂,剂油比为0.5,甲醇与溶剂苯的体积比为1∶2,质量空速为14h-1,此时噻吩的转化率和硫化氢的产率分别达到了51.3%、18.1%,比未加甲醇时分别提高了20.7%、9.9%;同样的甲醇浓度,在HZSM-5分子筛催化剂上噻吩的转化率和硫化氢的产率分别达到了32.4%、9.5%,比未加甲醇时分别提高了11.6%、5.4%。The catalytic desulfurization rule of methanol to thiophene over La-HZSM-5 (mole ratio of silica-to-alumina is 25) was studied in fixed bed micro-reactor. The experimental results show that reasonable reaction conditions are temperature of 623 K, La-HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst of 1.0% (mass fraction) La2O3, 0.5 ratio of catalyst to oil, 1:2 volume ratio of methanol to benzene, MHSV of 14.0 h-1, here there were 51.3% conversion of thiophene and 18. 1% hydrogen sulfide yield which increased 20.7%, 9.9% respectively as compared with without methanol. However, under the same conditions, the conversion of thiophene and hydrogen sulfide yield over HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst were only 32.4% and 9.5% respectively, increased 11.6%, 5.4% respectively as compared with without methanol.
