变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞观察

摘　　要：①目的探讨鼻黏膜分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞检查对变应性鼻炎诊断的重要性。②方法取变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜分泌物,涂片,瑞-姬染色,观察嗜酸性粒细胞的阳性程度和阳性率。同时以正常人和非变应性鼻炎患者作正常对照。③结果70例变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞的阳性率明显高于20例正常人和40例非变应性鼻炎患者(P<0.01),阳性率也明显强于正常人和非变应性鼻炎患者。④结论嗜酸性粒细胞在变应性鼻炎的发病过程中具有十分重要的作用,鼻黏膜分泌物涂片嗜酸性粒细胞的检查,对变应性鼻炎的诊断有重要参考价值,是变应性鼻炎的一项重要诊断性试验。Objective To tady the importance of testing eosinophils of nasal mueosa secretion in AR diagnosis. Method The nasal mucosa secretion in AR was scraped, smeared and stained, and then the positive rate and positive degree of eosinophils were observed. The normal and non - AR controls were observed at the same time. Results The positive rate of eosinophils in AR was higher than the groups＇of normal and non - AR controls;The positive rate of eosinophils in AR was also stronger than the groups＇of normal and non - AR controls. Conclusion The eosinophils take very important part in the course of AR and eosinophils test of nasal mueosa secretion is a very important diagnotie test in AR diagnosis.
