河北省环保产业发展现状、机遇与措施

摘　　要：经过多年发展,河北省环保产业已初具规模,但与国内其他省、市相比,与河北严重的环境污染、生态破坏现状相比,差距仍较大,远不能适应河北经济建设和环境保护的迫切需要.当前河北环保产业面临很好的发展机遇,应认真贯彻可持续发展战略,强化政策导向,推进科技进步,培育规范市场,提高环保的技术装备及国产化水平,积极探索环保设施运营市场化的融资机制,把环保产业培育成河北省最具活力的新的经济增长点之一.Having developed for many years, the environmental protection industry of Hebei province has already begun to take shape. However, compared with other provinces and cities at home, environmental pollution of Hebei province and the current situation of ecological disruption, great disparity is still existing,which can＇t meet the urgent needs of economic construction and environmental protection. Since the environmental protection industry is faced with good opportunity for development, we should carry out sustainable development strategy conscientiously at present, strengthen the policy guidance, advance the scientific and technological progress, foster and standardize the market, improve the technical equipment of environmental protection and domesticization level of production, explore actively financing mechanism of marketing the run of environmental protection facilities, and foster environmental protection industry into one of the most vibrant new economic increasing point in Hebei Province.
