摘 要:目的 观察杀虫剂勇洙对印鼠客蚤实验室的杀灭效果。方法 采用瓶膜法进行试验。结果 (1)半数致死浓度LC50:0.002 19432%(0.00204313%~0.00235670%);(2)随着药物浓度的逐渐增加,KT50呈现有规律的缩短,24h死亡率也逐渐增高;(3)当药物浓度为0.005%,0.01%时,KT50在6min以内,8min内击倒率均大于80.0%,24h死亡率均大于84.0%;(4)残效:0.005%,0.01%两种浓度120d内残效实验30min内的击倒率均为100.0%,24h死亡率均大于76.0%。结论 勇洙10%悬浮剂对印鼠客蚤杀灭效果较好,具有高效、速杀、残效较好等优点,可用于大面积灭蚤。Objective To study the toxicity of Alphacypermethrin to Xenospylly cheopis at the laboratory. Methods The residual smearing method was taken in the experiment. Results ( 1 ) The LC50 of Alphacypermethrin was 0.002 194 32% ( 0. 002 043 13% - 0. 002 356 70% ). ( 2 ) The KT50 was getting shorter with the concentration gradually decreasing, and the death rates of 24 hours were getting higher. ( 3 ) When the concentration of Alphacypermethrin were 0. 005% and 0.01% ,the KT50was less than 6 minutes, and the shoot - down rate of 8 minutes more than 80.0% and the death rate of 24 hours more than 84.0%. (4) When the concentration of Alphaeypermethrin were 0.005% and 0.01%, the shoot - down rate of 30 minutes in 120 days was 100%, the death rates of 24 hours in 120 days were more than 76.0%. Conclusions The toxicity of Alphacypermethrin to Xenospylly cheopis is very good and Alphacypermethrin can be used to control the plague in the field.
