摘  要:目的进一步了解鼠疫放射免疫沉淀试验(R IP)的敏感性、特异性和现场应用的实用性。方法被检血清经56℃30m in灭活后按R IP试剂盒说明进行(设F1抗原抑制、阴性血清、空白对照)。结果鼠疫菌单独和混合其它菌抗血清全部阳性;伪结核、小肠结肠炎、中间型耶氏菌等单独抗血清和现场鼠类血清、人血清、正常小白鼠血清、IHA非特异性鼠类血清全部阴性。结论R IP的敏感性高、特异性好,现场应用未检测到鼠疫抗体,说明目前广东省鼠疫处于静息期。Objective The sensitivity and specificity of RIP (radioimmunoprecipitation) and its practicality were further studied. Methods The sera detected were inactivated for 30min at 56℃ and tested according to the requirement of directions of RIP kit ( three procedures : F1Ag inhibition, negative sera and blank control). Results Yersinia pestis sera and mixed bacteria( three groups : Yersinia pestis plus Y. pseudotuberculosis;Y, pestis plus Y. enterocolitica and Y. pestis plus Y. intermedia) sera were all positive separately;sera of Y. pseudotuberculosis, E enterocolitica and Y. intermedia, rodents sera, human sera, normal mice" sera and rodents" sera of non - specificity in IHA were all negative respectively. Conclusions RIP has a high sensitivity and good specificity and plague antibody has not been detected in the field. It suggests that plague in the focus be in silent period.
