摘　　要：对矮脚黄羽肉鸡,运用采集精液进行研究,其方法为人工徒手按摩其背、以尾部可以采得精液．对其品质进行测试表明:采精量平均0．512±0．316 mL(变动范围0．3-0．8 mL);精液似浓稠的牛乳状,每毫升精液中精子数17-19亿个,活力9级以上,pH值6．5,微腥．采出的鲜精,用2号 (3％柠檬酸三钠-卵黄稀释液)、3号(11％蔗糖-卵黄稀释液)、5号(11％蔗糖-0．1％柠檬酸三钠-卵黄稀释液)稀释液稀释,精子活力都8-9级,以5号液最好．即11％蔗糖-0．1％柠檬酸三钠溶液 100 mL中,加6 mL甘油,加16 mL鲜卵黄．与原精液做1:1稀释后用水浴套或毛巾包裹,直接放入5℃冰箱中平衡1 h后装入0．25 mL塑料细管,吊入液氮(-196℃)中冻存．在50℃温水中解冻后,精子活力在9级以上．其冻精稀释液以5号最佳．精子活力达6-7级．8号液(5％葡萄糖溶液 77 mL中加入甘油6 mL,鲜卵黄17 mL),3号液(11％柠檬酸三钠溶液100 mL中加6 mL甘油,16 mL鲜卵黄)也较好,冻精复苏后,活力达5-6级．Yellow feather meat chickens of short feet semen samples were obtained by pressing of its back and tail using man-hands and quality of semen was primarily measured. The average semen volume was 0. 512±0.316 mL （change limits 0.0-0.2 mL） and 170- 190million/mL. The semen look like milk of thick and dense. The sperm motility rate was more than 9 grades, pH = 6.5, having a tiny fishy smell. The fresh semen was diluted differently using No. 2 （3 % citric acid ＋ egg yolk）, No.3 （11% sucrose ＋ egg yolk） and No. 5 extender （11% sucrose ＋0.1% citric acid ＋ egg yolk）. The semen motility rate was more than 9 grades. No. 5 extender prescription： （11% sucrose 100 mL ＋ 0.1% citric acid 100 mL） ＋ glycerol 5 mL ＋ egg yolk 16 mL. The liquid of that the semen was diluted using No. 5 extender in 1 ： 1 was wrapped up by bath set or towel. And balance lh in 5℃ refrigerator and put it in 0.25 mL plastic thin tube, then underway freezing protection （liquid nitrogen - 196℃ ）. Granule frozen semen thawed quickly in 50℃ warm water. The semen motility rate was 6-7 grades. No. 8 extender （5 % glucose 77 mL ＋ glycerol 6 mL ＋ egg yolk 16 mL） and No. 3 （ 11% citric acid 100 mL ＋ glycerol 6 mL ＋ egg yolk 16 mL） was also better. The semen motility rate was 5-6 grades after thawing of frozen semen.
