摘　　要：概括总结了国内已报道的啮齿目动物染色体核型的研究结果,综述了啮齿目动物染色体显带技术的概况以及最新进展,阐述了核型差异的产生原因．最后介绍了新技术在啮齿目动物染色体核型研究中的应用前景．The karyotypes of Rodentia in China are reviewed in this paper. And we summarize the general condition and latest developments of chromosome banding technology. The reasons why there are many differences in karyotypes of Rodentia are expatiated on. In the last place, we introduce the prospects of new technologies used in karyotype study of Rodentia.
