茴香调味品中稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱分析

摘　　要：建立了一种电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定茴香调味品中痕量稀土元素的方法。利用该方法分析了国家标准物质(GBW 07605)中的稀土元素,结果与标准值一致。该方法被用于分析茴香调味品实际样品中的稀土元素,结果令人满意。A method had been established to determine trace rate earth elements in fennel spice by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Fifteen rare earth elements in SRM GBW 07605 sample were determined by the developed method, the determined value was in good agreement with the certified value. This method was utilized to determine rare earth elements in fennel spice sample with satisfied results.
