摘 要:研究了不同浓度的NaNO3、Na2SO4、NaCl对辣椒种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:3种盐浓度高于100mmol/L时,随着浓度的增加,种子的发芽率、胚根长、发芽指数、活力指数均下降;幼苗的株高、叶面积明显受到抑制,胁迫程度为NaCl>NaNO3>NaSO4;同时,辣椒幼苗叶片中MDA含量、细胞膜透性、可溶性糖含量均有不同程度的升高.Effects of NaNO3, Na2SO4 and NaCl on seed germination and seedling growth of pepper were studied. The results showed:while the concentration of salinity was higher than 100 mmol/L,with its increasing,the germination rate, root length, germination index, activity index of the seed were significantly reduced,and the plant height and leaf area of the seedlings were restricted. The order of stress degree was NaCl〉 NaNO3 〉 NaSO4. Furthermore, soluble membrane permeability in leaves of pepper were carbohydrate, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and cell raised.
