白藜芦醇对小鼠艾滋病治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：【目的】观察中药虎杖提取物白藜芦醇的体内抗小鼠艾滋病病毒作用。【方法】BALB／C小鼠50只,随机分成正常组, 模型组,白藜芦醇高、低剂量组(剂量分别为20、4 mg·kg-1·d-1),齐多呋定(AZT)组(剂量为100mg·kg-1·d-1);除正常组外,其他组小鼠均腹腔接种Friend型鼠白血病病毒(FLV),复制小鼠艾滋病模型;病毒攻击后1 d,各组均按设计剂量给药,连续21 d;剖杀小鼠,观察白藜芦醇对模型小鼠的脾指数(质量比)及脾指数抑制率、胸腺指数(质量比)、外周血白细胞和红细胞计数以及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。【结果】白藜芦醇高剂量组能抑制模型小鼠的脾肿大(P<0．05)和胸腺萎缩(P<0．01),升高外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群水平(P<0．05或P<0．01), 与模型组比较差异均具有显著性意义。但对外周血的白细胞和红细胞数量未见显著性影响。【结论】白藜芦醇具有一定的体内抗小鼠艾滋病病毒作用。[ Objective] To observe the in-vivo therapeutic effect of resveratrol （Res）, an extract from Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, for murine acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （MAIDS）. [ Methods ] Fifty BALB/C mice were randomized into five groups： normal group, model group, Res groups （20, 4 mg· kg^-1· d^-1 respectively） and zidovudine （AZT） group （100 mg· kg^-1· d^-1）. Except the normal group, the mice in other groups were inoculated intraperitoneally with Friend leukemia virus （FLV） to establish MAIDS models. One day ＇after inoculation, the mice were given corresponding drugs according to the experimental design for 21 days. After treatment, the mice were executed and the effects of Res on the spleen index, thymus index, swollen spleen, peripheral white blood cells （WBC） and red blood cells （RBC） count, and CD3^＋ , CD4^ , and CD8^＋ percentage in peripheral blood were observed. [Results] Highdose Res had inhibitory effect on the swelling of spleen and atrophy of thymus and increased peripheral blood CD3^ ＋ CD4^＋ , and CD8^＋ percentage （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 compared with the model group）. However, the effect of Res on peripheral WBC and RBC count was not obvious （ P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion ]Res has an in-vivo inhibitory effect on MAIDS virus.
