摘　　要：用薄层扫描法测定了金水宝胶囊中腺苷的含量，样品测定波长260nm，参比波长为300nm，线性范围为0．65～5．20μg，回收率99．50％。A method for the determination of adenosin in Jinshuibao capsule by TLC scanning was reported. The adenosin was saparated on sillica GF254 -CMC-Na2 HPO4 plates with chloroform-ethyl acetate -isopropylalcohol-water-aqueous ammonia(8: 2: 6: 0. 5: 0. 12)as mobile phase,by CS-930 dual wave length TLC scanner in the swatooth scanning mode at λS=260nm and λR=300nm. Calibration graph was rectilinear between 0. 65～5. 20μg (r=0. 9995). The average recoveries were 99. 5 % (n=3)and the coefficient of variation was 3. 7%.The method was simple,rapid and accurate.
