摘  要:目的探讨并比较灰树花和灰树花多糖对小鼠失血性贫血的影响。方法将36只小鼠随机分成正常对照组、灰树花组和灰树花多糖组,每组12只。通过急性失血,建立小鼠贫血模型,24h后开始灌胃给药,分别在失血前、失血24h后、给药3d和7d后测定小鼠的外周血中血红蛋白(Hb)含量和红细胞(RBC)计数。结果用灰树花提取液灌胃3d后,小鼠的血红蛋白含量和红细胞计数与对照组相比有显著差异,明显高于对照组;而用灰树花多糖溶液灌胃3d后,对小鼠的血红蛋白含量和红细胞计数无显著作用。7d后,3组小鼠的两项指标都恢复正常。结论灰树花有很明显的促进红细胞生成的作用。Objective: To investigate and compare the effects of Grifola frondosa and polysaccharid from Grifola frondosa on acute hemorrhagic anemia in mice. Methods : Thirty-six mice were randomly divided into normal control group,Grifola frondosa group and polysaccharid group. Each group was consisted of twelve mice. Got blood bled 0. 5 milliliters to make anemia model in mice. Drug was given after twenty-four hours Measured the concentration of hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood cell (RBC) count from blood in mice at different times: before bleed,after bleed twenty-four hours,after three days and seven days since drug. Results : It was demonstrated that after three days the concentration of hemoglobin and red blood cell count in Grifola frondosa group were significant higher than controls, but there were not significant differences on the concentration of hemoglobin and red blood cell count between polysaccharid group and control group. Seven days later, the thirty-six mice recovered their health. Conclusion: Grifola frondosa shows significant effects on enhancing red blood cells.
