摘　　要：心血管重塑机制复杂,细胞外基质重塑是其重要基础之一,与之相关的细胞外蛋白酶中,组织蛋白酶起非常重要的作用,现就组织蛋白酶在心血管重塑中的作用以及调节等作一综述。The mechanism of cardiovascular remodelling is complex,and the remodelling of extracellular matrix is one of its basics. Among these extracellular proteases,cathepsin is a key number. The following article is about the relationships between cathepsins and cardiovascular remodelling.
