摘 要:合成了2种具有层状钙钛矿结构的热致相变材料四溴合铜酸癸铵(nC10H21NH3)2CuBr4(简记C10Cu)和四溴合铜酸十二铵(nC12H25NH3)2CuBr4(简记C12Cu),并在2种材料的乙酸溶液中结晶出一系列C10Cu C12Cu二元体系.利用差热分析(DTA)和X射线衍射(XRD)构筑了C10Cu C12Cu二元体系相图.在实验相图中确定了新的稳定化合物C10C12Cu的存在和2个不变的共晶点,共晶点温度分别为35℃和30℃.与同类体系的其他相图相比,在此相图的左右边界和中间区域存在3个显著的固溶区.Thermotropic phase transition compounds with the perovskite type layer structure, (n- C10H21NH3)2CuBr, and (n-C12H25NH3)2CuBr4 were synthesized. A series of binary phases C10CU- C12CU were crastalized from the acetic acid solutions of their mixtures. The experimental binary phase diagram of C10Cu-C12Cu was established by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). In the phase diagram, new stable material ( n-C10H21NH3 ) ( n-C12 H25 NH3 ) CuBr4, and two eutectoid invariants with the eutectic point temperature of 35 and 30℃ were observed. Compared with the phase diagrams of other similar systems, there were three noticeable solid solution ranges at the left boundary, right boundary and middle of the phase diagram respectively.
