摘　　要：基于铝制板式体的基本结构,提出了板式体真空钎接下凹形成原理,并在此基础上分析了影响板式体钎接下凹的因素:材料的影响、天气的影响、板式体外形的影响及钎接温度的影响。最后针对下凹问题,提出了几点改进意见。Based on the basic construction of plate-fin heat exchanger, put forward some reasons that the inside cave come into being. The reasons include： the influence of the material; the influence of the weather; the influence of vacuum brazing temperature; the influence of plate-fin heat exchanger＇s shape. The article puts forward some improvement opinions too.
