摘　　要：介绍了底部框架抗震墙砖房的受力特点和震害特征,阐述了对底部框架抗震墙砖房的抗震设计措施,表明合理的设计能使底部框架抗震墙砖房具有较大的抗震能力和良好的抗震性能。The mechanic properties and features of earthquake damage of brick masonry building with frame-shear wall structure at first two stories are introduced as well as practical measures for seismic design. Author points out that reasonable design can greatly improve the seismic performances of this kind of buildings.
