摘  要:合成了一种新型两性单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-N,N-二甲基-N-丙磺酸胺盐(DM PS),用核磁共振对DM PS进行表征,并利用反相乳液聚合法,以过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为氧化还原引发剂、Span80试剂为乳化剂,DM PS两性单体与丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚制得具有反聚电解质性质的两性共聚物poly(AM-co-DM PS),考察了影响反相乳液聚合的因素。获得最佳反应条件:35℃,V(环己烷)∶V(水)=2∶3,ρ(Span80)=2.0g/dL,m(DM PS)∶m(AM)=0.30,ρ(DM PS+AM)=30g/dL,c(K2S2O8)=3.2mm ol/L,c(TMEDA)=4.0mm ol/L,在此条件下,两性共聚物的特性黏数为6.5dL/g,收率91%以上。Amphoteric copolymers are widely applied in oil extraction, mining, paper making etc because of their antipolyelectrolyte effect. A novel amphoteric monomer of N, N-dimethyl-N- methacryloyloxyethyl-N-( 3-sulfo-propyl ) ammonium ( DMPS ) was successfully synthesized and was characterized by means of ^1 H NMR. The amphoteric copolymer of acrylamide (AM) and DMPS was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization using K2 S2 O8 -TMEDA ( N, N, N', N'-tetra-methyl ethylene diamine ) as initiator and Span80 as emulsifier. Effects of several factors on intrinsic viscosity and yields of amp, hoteric copolymer poly ( AM-co-DMPS ) were studied. Under the optimum reaction conditions : temperature 35 ℃, V( cyclohexane ) : V(water) = 2 : 3 ,p ( Span80 ) = 2.0 g/dL, m ( DMPS ) : m (AM) = 0.30,p(DMPS + AM) =30 g/dL,c( K2S2O8 ) = 3.2 mmol/L, and c(TMEDA) =4.0 mmol/L, intrinsic viscosity and yield of copolymer could reach 6.5 dL/g and 91% ,respectively.
