摘 要:在制备用作塑料光纤纤芯材料的纯有机玻璃(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)时,保持常规的本体自由基聚合方法不变,采用控制引发剂质量分数的新工艺,制得的样品(多分散性系数为1·427)与常规方法制得的样品(多分散性系数为1·762)相比其摩尔质量分布较窄,与国外产品相当。该工艺基本上保留了常规方法的设备,适合工业化生产制备塑料光纤纤芯材料。In the preparation of pure PMMA, which was Used as the core materials of fiber in POF, a novel technique was applied on the basis of conventional mass free-radical polymerization, in which the mass fraction of initiator was controlled. Compared with the samples by conventional method, the distribution of the molar mass of the samples (with polydispersity index of 1.762) made by novel technique was narrow, and was equal to that of foreign products. In this novel technique conventional equipments could be used, and this technique could be applied to the commercial production of the core materials of fiber in POF.
