摘 要:排岩收费政策直接影响到采矿成本,因此就有可能影响到采矿设计中的各个环节。为此,以白云鄂博铁矿为例,重点讨论排岩收费政策对排岩工艺的影响。研究结果表明,排岩收费政策对采场内排岩与采场外排岩等排岩方式的选择有直接影响;在排岩运输方式的选择上,排岩收费政策至少在眼下还无力影响铁路和公路运输之间的选择,而在胶带运输排岩和铁路运输排岩这两个方案的选择中,是否实行排岩收费政策将是一个不可忽视的因素。实行排岩收费政策将促使采场内排岩等绿色排岩方式和胶带运输排岩等绿色排岩工艺得到更广泛的应用,给露天矿的排岩工艺带来崭新的变革。The policy of charged rock dumping directly affect the mining cost and therefore, may affect the various links in mining design. For this, taking Baiyunebo Iron Mine as the case, the effect of the policy of charged rock dumping on the dumping technology is highlighted. The research results show that the policy has direct effect on the selection of rock dumping mode such as inner pit dumping and outside pit dumping. In the selection of the rock transportation mode, the policy of charged dumping at least at present cannot have influence on the selection between railway and highway transportation. But, in the selection between belt conveying and railway transportation, it is a factor that cannot be neglected whether to execute the policy of charged dumping or not. However, the execution of this policy will promote the application of green rock dumping modes such as in - pit dumping and belt conveying transportation, thus bringing a new transform to the rock dumping technology for open - pit mines.
