摘 要:研究电除尘器收尘极板上粉尘的沉降规律,对提高电除尘技术的收集效率,扩大应用范围等具有现实意义。为此,通过设计的静电除尘器模型,进行了电除尘器收尘极板上粉尘沉降规律的研究。研究结果表明,在收尘极板上,沉降的粉尘在水平和垂直方向呈现一定的规律:沿气流方向(水平),收尘极板的沉降粉尘前粗后细、前厚后薄;沿垂直方向上,沉降粉尘上细下粗、上薄下厚。其中风流速度对粉尘的沉降有重要影响。研究结果对电除尘收尘方式有重要的指导作用。The research on the law of the dust deposition on the collecting board of electrostatic precipitator would be of practical significance to the improvement on the collecting efficiency of electrostatic dusting technology and the expansion of its application field. Therefore, based on a designed model of electrostatic precipitator, the research on the law of the dust deposition on the collecting board of electrostatic precipitator was made. The results show that on the collecting plate, the dust was deposited following certain law in beth horizontal and vertical directions. Along the direction of the air - flow, the coarser particles settled in a thicker layer on the front part, while the finer particles in a thinner layer on the back part. Along the vertical direction, the finer particles were deposited in a thinner layer on the upper part, with the coarser ones in a thicker layer on the lower part of the collecting plate. The air - flow velocity had an important effect on the dust settling. The research outcome is of guiding significance to the electric dusting.
