摘　　要：针对汽车空调压缩机上的阀板零件,分析了成形过程的3种不同冲压工艺,从理论探讨及实验上得出最佳工艺方案,并设计出模具,简要分析了模具关键部件的设计及制造。Three kinds of different stamping technique for forming valve plate part of automotive air conditioner compressor were analyzed. Optimal processing plan and feasible forming die were obtained according to theoretical analysis and experiment. The design and manufacture of the key parts of the die were also discussed in brief.
