摘　　要：列举了注射成型过程中常见的龟裂、填充不足、缩凹变形和飞边等缺陷,从影响制品质量的各个因素,如注射成型工艺、模具及产品设计等方面入手,分析其成因并提出了相应的解决方法。Some common defects in injection molding, such as crazing, short filling, crinkling deformation and overflowing, were indicated. The causes of formation of every factor that influences the plastic products quality, including the process of injection molding, design of the mould and product, were analyzed and then the solutions were put forward.
