血清β-HCG联合P、CK、VEGF在异位妊娠早期诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清β-HCG联合孕酮(progesterone,P)、肌酸激酶(creatine k inase,CK)、血管内皮生长因子(vascu lar endothelial growth factor,VEGF)对异位妊娠早期诊断的价值。方法选择临床可疑异位妊娠病人50例为实验组,正常宫内妊娠50例作为对照组。采用放射免疫法(R IA)测定血清β-HCG、P水平,用ELISA法测血VEGF水平、酶动力法测CK水平,在β-HCG的基础上分析P、CK、VEGF联合检测对异位妊娠早期诊断的价值。结果异位妊娠组血清β-HCG、P水平明显低于正常宫内妊娠组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),血清VEGF水平明显高于正常宫内妊娠组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组血清CK水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论β-HCG联合P、VEGF作为异位妊娠早期诊断有临床价值,而CK不宜作为异位妊娠早期诊断的辅助指标。Objective： To explore the value of the serum P, CK, VEGF in the early diagnosis of eetopie pregnancy （EP）. Methods： We choose 50 patients which are diagnonsed as EP and 50 normal intrauterine pregnancies （IUP） to involve our study. Use the iliA to measurement the levels of β - HCG and serum progesterone; use the ELISA to measurement the levels of VEGF; the serum CK level was observed with the enzyme kinetics; and to analyze the value of the serum β - HCG conbined with P, CK, VEGF in the early diagnosis of EP. Results： The value of serum β - HCG and serum progesterone of EPs is lower than that of IUPs significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）, the value of serum VEGF of EPs is higher than that of IUPs significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the serum CK levels did not show sta- tisticaUy significant difference between women with EPs and IUPs （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The serum β - HCG eonbined with serum P, VEGF can be considered as an early diagnostic method of EP, but the serum CK can not be considered as an early diagnostic standard of EP.
