精神科和综合科护士的心理状态与社会支持的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神科护理人员的心理健康水平及社会支持程度。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对精神科和综合科护理人员进行调查。结果SCL-90总分的均分值和各因子均分值中,精神科护士均低于综合科护士;PSSS总分及各类支持分中,精神科护士均低于综合科护士。结论精神科护士的心理健康水平优于综合科护士,但精神科护士社会支持程度低于综合科的护士。培养护理人员良好的心理健康水平,有助于医护质量的全面提高。Objective To study the mental health status and social support of nurses in a Mental Health Center （MHC） .Method One hundred and nine nurses in MHC and 105 nurses scores of 2 groups were compared. Results In SCL-90, the total score and in general hospital were asked to social support scale （ PSSS）. The all factor scores of nurses in MHC were lower than that of nurses in the general hospital. In PSSS, the total score and all support scores of nurses in MHC were lower than that of nurses in the general department. Conclusion Psychological status of nurses in MHC is better,but their social supports are less. Good psychological health condition promotes improvement of health care services.
