百奥蚓激酶对肾病综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨百奥蚓激酶对肾病综合征（Ns）患者的疗效。方法 选择68例NS患者，将其分为2组，对照组34例，治疗组34例。对照组每天给予福辛普利钠10mg、潘生丁225mg治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上每天加服百奥蚓激酶180万单位，连续观察8周。治疗前1周内、治疗8周后测24h尿蛋白定量（UPro）、BUN、SCr、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）、血白蛋白（sAlb）、血总胆固醇（sTch）及血液流变学等指标。结果 与治疗前比较，治疗组治疗后Upro、BUN、SCr、sTch明显降低，sAlb、Ccr上升，血液流变学明显改善。结论 百奥蚓激酶可以降低Ns患者的Upro、BUN、SC，sTeh等指标，升高sAlb、CCr，改善血液流变学指标。Objective Discuss Baiao lumbrukinase the treatment effect to the nephrotic syndrome（NS）. Method NS patient 68 examples. Treatment group and control group each 34 cases. The treatment group takes orally Baiao lumbrukinase 1.8 million U, fosinopril sodium tablets 10 mg, persantin 225 mg for a day. The control group is to subtract Baiao lumbrukinase on the basis of treatment group＇ s. Observes 8 weeks continuously. With in a week before and after 8 weeks of treatment, quontitative examination of urinary protein of 24 hour （UPro）, BUN, Blood creatinine（SCr）, endogenous creatinine clearance rate（Cot）, the albumin （sAlb）, the blood total cholesterol （sTch） and rheology and so on were measured which is the data for the statistical target. Results Compares with the treatment before, after treatment, treatment group＇s Upro, BUN, SCr, sTch obviously reduce; sAlb, Ccr rise, the blood rheology improvemem is obvious. Conclusions Every day takes orally Baiao lumbrukinase may cause Upro, BUN, SCr, sTch obviously reduces. But sAlb, Ccr rise, the blood rheology distinct improvement.
