摘　　要：随着股权分置改革进程的加快,对价支付应该被持续关注。能否完善股权分置改革政策和合理对价水平,不仅是继续做好股权分置改革工作的基础,也必将影响广大公众投资者对市场的信心与热情。在任何时候,我国资本市场都要坚决维护中小投资者的利益,如果偏离这一指导思想,拥有再多的国有资产,改革和建设都将功亏一篑。With the speedup of the share-split reform process, the consideration payment should be pay attention to continuously. The policy and the rational consideration level are not only the basis of the share- split reform, but also the factors affecting the confidence and passion of the public investors. We cannot help worrying about the fact that the benefits of the investors are injured during the reform. The capital market should always maintain the benefits of the medium and small investors uncompromisingly. This guiding ideology should be hold in any time; otherwise the reform and construction will fall short of success for lack of a final effort.
