摘　　要：屋面防水对保障工业厂房室内设备的安全运行等至关重要。针对目前民用及工业用建筑屋面普遍存在的渗雨现象，专家王巍先生介绍了采用TGS防水涂料替代原有的油毡和卷材防水材料的使用情况，并经工业应用证明：TGS屋面防水涂料适合防雨，耐候性好，理论使用寿命可达20年，施工方便，绿色环保，单位面积造价与卷材相当。TGS Warter-prnofing coating was snggested to replace the existing felt paper and other materials in roofing of the civil and industrial .Expert Wang Wei introduces that the application proved that this cuating had very good performances and theoretical life of the coating could be as long as 20 years while its cost of unit are a of the coating was comparable with that of other conventional materials.
