摘　　要：任何体育活动对裁判员的素质、规则都有一定的要求。因此,奥运会的组织者要对裁判的素质问题引起足够的重视。由于受传统文化的影响,东西方的文化素养也有着一定的差异。这就体现在奥林匹克精神对裁判的影响上。也决定了奥运会裁判员所必备的基本素质。为了给奥运会比赛创造一个公平竞争的氛围,我们需要更多高素质的裁判员。Any sport activity has cextain requests to the refereess＇ quality, rules, so, the organizers of the Olympic Games should pay enough attention to the refereess＇ quality. Because of influence of traditional culture, the cutural quality between the east and the west has some differences too. It reflects that the Olympic spirit has an impact on the referees and decides the refereess＇ basic qualify in the Olympic Games. In order to create a fair atmosphere for the Olympic Games matches, we need more referees with high quality.
