可移式三叉杆万向联轴器偏转角和轴向移动范围之间的关系

摘　　要：在给出滚子的球面半径、套筒的内径、轴的半径、滚子中心到联接轴的距离等参数的情况下，研究了可移滚子式三叉杆万向联轴器移动范围的变化规律，以及在给定偏转角的情况下轴向可移动范围。选取一组结构参数值已确定的可移动滚子式三叉杆万向联轴器，然后绘出轴向移动范围和偏转角之间的关系图。In this paper, the displacement range with the deflection angle of the movable roller type of trident-bar universal coupling and the possible axial displacement range which can be realized by the universal coupling under the given deflection angle are discussed according to the parameters such as spherical radius of the roller, inner radius of sleeve, radius of the shaft, distance from the roller center to the coupling axis, etc. A group of movable roller types of trident-bar universal coupling are chosen whose structural parameter values are fixed, and the diagram between the axial displacement range and the deflection angle is drawn.
