鸡法氏囊病细胞毒油乳剂灭活苗对种母鸡的免疫效果

摘　　要：鸡法氏囊病（ＩＢＤ）血清琼扩抗体阴性的５月龄非免母鸡，接种抗原量１．６６７×１０７．６ＴＣＩＤ５０的地方ＩＢＤ细胞毒油乳剂灭活苗后４个月，鸡血清ＩＢＤ琼扩抗体检查１００％阳性，血清平均抗体水平大于１：７．８；鸡群所产的蛋中，至少有９１．３％的鸡蛋卵黄ＩＢＤ琼扩抗体检查为阳性，６５．２％以上的鸡蛋卵黄抗体效价达１：４，平均卵黄抗体水平大于１：５．２，可抵御一般强毒的侵袭。母鸡免后６个月时，只有５７．６％的鸡蛋卵黄ＩＢＤ琼扩抗体检查为阳性，鸡蛋的平均卵黄抗体水平降到１：４以下。All of the 5 month-old laying hens(serum IBD AGPantibody negative)had serum IBD AGP antibody with the average level of more than 1:7.8,when they were examined at the time of 4 months after their vaccination wilh the oil-adjuvant inactivat- ed vaccine of local IBD cell-culture virus (IBDCV- KV)at adose of 1.667×107.6 TCID50.Above 91.3%the eggs from the vaccinated hens had yolk IBD AGP antibody and above 65.2%eggs. had yolk IBD AGP antibody level of 1:4 with the whole cggs average level of more than 1:5.2 which could protect young chickens against IBD vir- ulent, Only 57.6%the eggs had yolk IBD AGP anlibody when examined at the time of 6 months postinoculation,and the yolk antibody average level of the whole eggs was un- der 1:4.
