摘  要:目的:探讨丙烯酰胺亚慢性中毒大鼠坐骨神经电生理学指标的时间效应变化。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠腹腔注射丙烯酰胺40 mg.kg-1,对照组注射生理盐水,每周3次,连续10周,分别于2、4、6、10周观察大鼠的步态并测其坐骨神经的电生理指标。结果:与对照组相比,染毒组大鼠坐骨神经复合动作电位波幅降低(P<0.01),第4、6、10周分别降低44%、70%、89%;潜伏期延长(P<0.05),第4、6、10周分别延长15%、24%、45%;时程延长(P<0.01),第10周延长44%;阈刺激强度增高(P<0.01),第6、10周分别增高51%、293%;神经传导速度降低(P<0.01),第4、6、10周分别降低17%、23%、33%。结论:丙烯酰胺亚慢性中毒大鼠坐骨神经的电生理学改变存在时间效应关系,神经传导速度、复合动作电位波幅变化最早。Objective: To study the time-dependent electrophysiological changes of the sciatic nerves of rats treated with acrylamide. Methods: Male Wistar rats weighing 180-220 g were given acrylamide dissolved in physiological saline (40 mg·kg^-1 3 times per week) for 10 weeks. The control groups received normal saline. The gait was observed and electrophysiological indexes of rats sciatic nerves were determined at 0,2,4,6,10 weeks. Results: Compared with the control,the amplitudes of compound action potentials of 4- week-poisoned group, 6-week-poisoned group and 10-week-poisoned group were decreased by 44%,70% and 89% respectively(P〈0.01); the latencies of 4-week-poisoned group, 6-week-poisoned group and 10-week-poisoned group were increased by 15%, 24% and 45% respectively (P〈0.05);the duration of 10-week-poisoned group was increased by 44%(P〈0.01); the stimulus thresholds of 6-week-poisoned group and 10-week-poisoned group were increased by 51% and 293% respectively (P〈0.01);the sciatic nerves conduction velocities of 4-week-poisoned group, 6-week-poisoned group and 10-week-poisoned group were decreased by 15% ,24% and 45% respectively (P〈0.01).Conelusion: The electrophysiological changes of the sciatic nerves in rats treated with acrylamide are in a time-dependent manner. The sciatic nerve conduction velocitv and the amplitude of the compound action potential change the earliest.
