益肾活血胶囊对同型半胱氨酸血症实验大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾活血胶囊对同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)血症大白鼠血液生化及细胞因子的影响。方法:将80只Wistar大鼠分为模型组、正常组、大剂量益肾活血胶囊组、小剂量益肾活血胶囊组、西药(叶酸、维生素B12、维生素B6)组、大黄蛰虫丸组、预防组、空白组共8组,除正常组外,其他组大鼠建立同型半胱氨酸血症大白鼠模型,分别对各组大鼠血液Hcy、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、抗凝血酶-III(AT-III)进行检测,观察大鼠造模前后的变化,以检测各组药物的有效性。结果:益肾活血胶囊降低实验大鼠Hcy水平,与西药组相似,优于大黄蛰虫丸组;降低ET、MDA水平,升高NO、AT-III、SOD水平,优于西药组及大黄蛰虫丸组。结论:益肾活血胶囊具有降低Hcy的作用,并能改善血管内皮细胞功能、抗凝、抗氧化,为临床治疗血管性疾病提供了依据。Objective：To observe the role of yishenhuoxue capsule on hyperhomocysteinemia in rats. Methods： Eighty Wistar rats were randomized into 8 groups, model, normal, large dose of yishenhuoxue capsule, small dose of yishenhuoxue capsule, Western medicine （folic acid, VitB12,VitB6）, dahuangzhechong pill, prevention and blank groups. Excluding in normal, hyperhomocysteinemia model was established in other groups. The blood Hcy, ET, NO, SOD, MDA and AT-Ⅲ were measured. Results： The level of Hcy declined in both yishenhuoxue capsule and Western medicine groups. The level of ET and MDA decreased and the level of SOD, AT-Ⅲ and NO increased in yishenhuoxue capsule group, which was superior to others. Conclusion： Yishenhuoxue capsule has important role in reducing the level of Hcy and in improving the endothelial cell function, anticoagulatory, anti-oxidant of blood vessel, offering the basis for treating blood vessel diseases.
